Cecilia brings 5 years of commercial property management experience to her current role as assistant property manager at Parkside Realty. She is responsible for assisting her team in managing 6 properties comprised of office and retail: 600 W Fulton St, 215 N Peoria St, 217 N Jefferson St, 210-220 N Green St, 840 N Michigan Ave, and 117 N Clinton St.
Cecilia performs a variety of tasks for the Real Estate Management Team, including but not limited to providing tenant and vendor customer service, maintaining up to date and compliant insurance certificates, managing cleaning staff, coordinating tenant events and appreciation, completing building applications for the Well Health Safety Rating, and preparing rent statements.
Prior to her current role, Cecilia was the administrative assistant for 20 North Michigan Avenue, a multi-tenant office building in downtown Chicago. While at 20 North Michigan, Cecilia represented CBRE and U.S. Equities Realty, before they were acquired. Cecilia attended school at the University of Illinois at Chicago during her time at 20 North Michigan Ave and graduated in 2019.
